Washington, D.C. Area Church Offers No-Cost Childcare

With the country in an unprecedented recession, many are struggling to make ends meet. One D.C. area church is helping out financially-strapped parents with the burgeoning costs of childcare. First Baptist Church of Sterling (FBC), located in Virginia, a suburb of the Nation’s Capital, has committed to helping area families manage finances and navigate the current economic crisis by offering free childcare to all current members and any new families that become covenant members over the next year.
