HARLEM, N.Y. - Harlem has seen an influx of new and exciting businesses
sprouting up throughout the community. Denny Moe�s Superstar Barbershop
is proud to be among those businesses interested in not only developing
a strong financial base but also in building deep rooted connections
with its patrons from the Greater Harlem Community.
We are pleased to announce the first recipient of our college
scholarship. His name is Ryan Sherman from The Beacon School of the graduating
class of 2006. Ryan just received his Regents Diploma, which denotes
advance placement. His credentials are very impressive, and he will
definitely be labeled as one of the future leaders of the Harlem community.
Ryan won the POSSE Scholars Award, which entitles him to a full four
year academic scholarship to Dickinson College located in Carlisle, P.A.

Administrators of the City of New York
Winner of the District #3 Storytelling Contest (first time winner for
Dist.#3)
Winner of the Willie O�Ree All-Star Award in Detroit, Michigan
Member of the Harlem Ice Hockey Team
Scholarship Award Winner for Hockey Camp in Toronto, Canada
Harlem Little League
Abyssian Baptist Church Football Team
Many SUPERSTARS such as Oran Juice Jones, Greg Nice Keith Sweat,
Dougie Fresh, Dave Hollister, Bobby Brown, D.J. Hollywood and Gerald
Levert to name a few, have sat in chairs to experience the talented skills
of our barbers and hair stylists at Denny Moe's.
We can now add Ryan Sherman to that list.
In recognition of his accomplishments in academics and athletics, Denny
Moe�s Superstar Barbershop is proud to award Ryan with a fully loaded
laptop to help assist him in his pursuit for academic excellence! The
award ceremony will take place at Denny Moe�s Superstar Barbershop, on
Monday, August 14th at 11 AM. Please call for more information.
