Tonya (Full name Tonya Baker) makes her debut on Kingdom Records with her first single “Vengeance Is Mine” from her eagerly anticipated CD “Special Friend” (Kingdom Records/Universal) which hits stores later this Summer, on August 19.

Tonya is a name you will remember with a voice you will never forget for the way she pours smoky syrup all over her vocals as she makes her point about God’s anointed Word on keeping the faith and not taking matters into your own hands when times and people get tough on “Vengeance Is Mine.”

While excited to be at her new home at Kingdom Records with a new project, Tonya is mindful that only by God’s good grace and favor has she been able to be on this path. “I truly give God the glory for all He has done and I am grateful that He would even use me. It’s far more than I have imagined or expected,” Tonya said.
