Dexterity Sounds brings us the blessing of the new album from the Potters House Mass Choir with their latest album entitled Grace. The Grammy Award winning choir, along with their Pastor Bishop T. D. Jakes come to us live from Kenya as they bring the message of the Lord to the masses. The album brings us a good balance of praise and worship tracks as well as mellow and peaceful ballads to bring a message to the listeners.
The Psalms tell us to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. The choir starts out softly expressing this message, then raises the roof letting the listener know that “Jesus loves to hear the sound of praise” on ‘Sound of Praise’. The choir and the musicians then give a powerful performance and stomp the devil into the ground with ‘Praise Is My Weapon’. God’s grace is what brought us to the point where we are. Jakes joins the choir and speaks to the crowd on ‘Grace’ of how good God and His grace is to us. The choir sings the one word with a spiritual force to give the word a greater importance and then states “if it wasn’t for Your grace, where would I be”. The choir joyfully expresses “He is a present help and He does all things well” on the inspirational ‘He Does All Things Well’. ‘Made To Worship You’, ‘You Alone’, ‘You Are’ and the powerful ‘Magnify The Lord With Me’ all show the choirs sincere focus on exalting the name of God.
T.D. Jakes takes a moment to express his thoughts on providing the ability for the people to get water for nourishment. The choir has provided spiritual nourishment throughout the whole evening for the people of Kenya with Grace. One of the songs on the album is entitled ‘Send Me to The Nations’ states “I’ll go, I’ll do, Say whatever you request, my answer will be yes”. The Lord requested they perform in Kenya and that is exactly what the choir did. It’s easy to see the Lord working through His true believers to help others in need of a blessing. You can’t go wrong with this album in your collection. The Potters House Mass Choir does a wonderful job at delivering a message of God’s greatness with this release.
